Three Pines has made a natural progression to working on listed buildings and Heritage contracts.

Over the years Three Pines Building and Maintenance have worked alongside Natural England on many listed buildings in the region.

Majority of our workforce have already worked on a number of heritage contracts therefore they have the ability and confidence to complete any project to the required standards.

Throughout the process of any heritage project conservation officers are liaised with on a regular basis to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the latest regulations and guidelines.
