Three Pines Building and Maintenance have many years of experience in helping public organisations to create facilities and access for the disabled, in accordance with the latest legislation.  The projects we have worked on include special extensions, refurbishments and disability ramps carried out to exact specifications.

As part of our domestic contracts, we have also worked with ordinary people with disabilities to adapt their living spaces to accommodate their special needs and requirements.  Our team are greatly experienced in providing considerate and understanding service to our disabled clients and work round their daily routine, causing the least amount of disturbance possible.

Works carried out for our domestic clients include completion of extensions for new bedrooms and bathrooms, conversions of bathrooms to wet rooms and disability ramps.
