Three Pines Building and Maintenance company is able to undertake any project, large or small, including works to commercial buildings such as office blocks, warehouses, industrial units, etc.  We work to very high standards and therefore we see many of our commercial clients returning to us on a regular basis.

Apart from refurbishments, we have long standing experience in constructing new builds.  We are frequently contracted to carry out large and small industrial developments which include industrial units ready for commercial use, commercial extensions, new housing developments and loft conversions.

Due to the nature of some constructions, from time to time we use skills of other companies, our sub-contractors, to complete our projects. All of these companies are properly vetted and approved under the quality management system and standards of the company.
