February 2008– Three Pines Relocate...

In March Three Pines moved to new larger premises in Wolverhampton enabling the now expanding company to be more organised and efficient.

The new offices have given the staff a more comfortable and effective working environment whilst the stores and yard are more easily accessible making for a well organised storage area.

Office staff and tradesmen all agree that he move has given the company a fresh start.

April saw a new member of staff join the company as Muriel took the position of Office Secretary.

2007 – Three Pines acquired land in Codsall Wood...

Three Pines acquired land in Whitehouse Lane , Codsall Wood & plans were drawn for two individual residential properties.

As the build commenced there was much interest in the individual characteristics of the houses and both properties were sold before completion allowing the buyers their own choice of many interior features.

January 2005

When the Wolverhampton Wanderers football ground was earmarked for a refurbishment programme, no one could have anticipated just how huge the project would become.

Initially just the Billy Wright stand at the Molineux was due for a face lift, however once building contractors Three Pines Building Co. Ltd. showed just what they were capable of, more and more work was planned.
