Refurbishment of property for Mr I Houghton

Mr Houghton employed the services of Three Pines to create a new kitchen and garden room from the existing kitchen and patio area.

The project commenced with extensive foundation works and the building of a retaining wall.  The brick match chosen was a mixture of 5 bricks to match the existing property.

A new garden room was manufactured and erected by Prime Oak, and then we broke through into the existing kitchen so that all became one room.

Internal works included a fully refurbished kitchen, wiring, heating, the laying of a white porcelain tiled floor and re-decoration.

Further works were carried out to create a laundry extension and also refurbishment of 2 staircases.

All work was carried out to match the character of the existing house and it has now been brought to our attention that the company has received the FMB Regional Merit Award for this project.
