Three Pines was employed to transform the used car showroom into a new BMW Motorbike showroom for Benham BMW in the centre of Wolverhampton.

The existing showroom was quite old fashioned and needing bringing up to date.

Works at the site included re-roofing the building, putting in new concrete floors, air conditioning and heating. New offices were created by use of partitioning and a complete internal refurbishment carried out. Specialist tiled floors were fitted with a quartz resin flooring. As well as the new offices and showroom area, the ‘Bikers Bar’ café was created for the use of customers. Other works carried out were an external refurbishment and a workshop refurbishment with the floors here being tiled in material suitable for motorbike use.

Benham Director, Nigel Payne, said "We are delighted with the quality of the end product delivered by Three Pines on time and to budget. It is often difficult for construction firms to work within the tight parameters of BMW's strict corporate finishes, but Three Pines delivered fully. I would definitely use the firm again."
