Letter from a happy customer

Dear Sirs,

Having our bathroom converted to a wet room was a first experience of home improvement for us.

My sister and myself are thrilled to bits with our wet room. Three Pines have exceeded our expectations. We have to keep going and having a look as we cannot get over how lovely it is. Your young men have done us proud,

Regards,

Frances & Chris Stokes

Three Pines completes park pavilion refurbishment

After fierce competition in tendering, we were awarded this project by Sandwell Council. The old pavilion, located on The Redhouse Park playing fields estate, was past its sell by date, and in a sorry state after years of use by local Sunday league football teams, and years of abuse by vandals.

After gutting the building, a complete refurb both inside and out, transformed the old building into a dual purpose, community/football pavilion, with four changing rooms for the soccer/cricket teams, shower/toilet facilities, fully air conditioned community meeting room complete with kitchenette, referees changing/shower/toilet, and store room.

The external has been completely transformed, cladding was added, completely different style windows, and finished with a new, more aesthetically pleasing perimeter fence.

The transformation of the building on the outside has won praise from locals who use the park for recreational purposes, and given a new sense of pride in the local community.

Announcement

Three Pines is pleased to announce that Graham Haughton was made a Company Director on 1st February 2011.

Graham started work with Three Pines as Trainee Buyer in September 2004 at the age of 18 and has progressed to Estimator and an invaluable member of the office team.

He has, over the years, taken a keen interest in all aspects of the company and those of us over a certain age would be lost without his ability to explain all things computer based.
