Three Pines is a family business which was established in 1960 by David Bradshaw who, at that time, specialised in school maintenance, small private works and speculative house building.  Alan Bradshaw joined the company in 1981 after serving a 3 year carpentry apprenticeship with McAlpines and later became Managing Director in 1995.

Over the years Three Pines has grown considerably in the size of its workforce, the company offices and stores and also the scope of the company’s contracts.  The company has many well established clients ranging from the Territorial Army, Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club, Wolverhampton Health Authority through to many private clients who return for various projects.

The company prides itself on the fact that many of its workforce have been employed by Three Pines for more than 20 years.  These are skilled individuals who pride themselves on their high standards of workmanship and along with the dedicated office staff the company is able to complete projects of excellent quality every time.

The attainment of CHAS accreditation was a major boost for the company at a time when Health & Safety awareness was becoming all important in the building industry.  This accreditation added to the membership of Constructionline, Federation of Master Builders and National Federation of Builders.

The Three Pines workforce consists of approximately 20 site based employees who consist of fully skilled carpenters, bricklayers, plumbers and labourers.  The company also works alongside Learning World Academies and by employing apprentices from this training academy Three Pines is actively helping with the training of future skilled tradesmen.

Although these employees are invaluable to the company they also need the backing of the office staff who are all based in Cullwick Court and available from 7.30am to 5.30pm and can handle enquiries on all aspects of building, whether it be refurbishment, new build, commercial or domestic.
